  • I bought my first two skirts. Tried them on with a white shirt and opaque tights.
    Absolutely no regret.

Not gonna lie. I've wanted to wear tights ever since I was a kid. I only had the guts to start wearing them last year. And I had to lie to my mother that they are like basketball tights, unisex, to keep my legs warm. But honestly, it wasn't a complete lie, either. They are fleeced tights, which should not be gendered, and they definitely keep me warm. And they look sexy, too! So, what's the harm? Lol.

The skirts fit very well! Had one size L and one size S. They were buy one (L), get one free (S). Too bad, I couldn't tell you earlier! No shorts underneath. Just like your traditional skirts. They are very comfy and breezy! Did try to spin them a little. XD Gonna look for other types.

I don't just want to read crossdressing stories that are about magically looking extremely feminine either. I enjoy when characters look relatively the same before and after. It's not like dressing up and being complimented will really fix any self-confidence issues either. Take this chapter from Crossdressing Boys of the Otaku Circle for example. It's really common to find yourself cute in the moment of things but to still later on think that you don't really look that good at all.

I'm not reading crossdressing manga as an escape from these kinds of negative thoughts, publishing stories that your audience can relate to means including the moments where you feel like a piece of shit sometimes. No one's life is all rainbows and sunshine like the average SoL, and including these kinds of chapters in your SoL doesn't ruin it either. Having your character overcome situations like this shows adversity, and it's admirable.

Anyways, I recommend reading Coda. Not for any particular reason, I just feel like it doesn't get brought up enough when people talk about crossdressing stories.
