Situation: Manhua was scanlated by a group, but they did not scanlate the chapter title. However, there is a chapter title in the raw. Is it permissible to translate the chapter title by the uploader if possible (via Google Translate or Bing Translate)?

The uploader for kissmanga did so illegally. Chapters 23 through 50 are a direct scan of the English edition which is not allowed on this site.

On the raw site chapter 81 says "to be continued" and "http://blog.naver.com/room007". This was back in 2014. The blog still has no posts. It seems to be on permanent hiatus.

amazon.co.jp doesn't always show the latest. Even the publisher site doesn't always shows the latest even if it is in their news section. I do like @Hyperspace's suggestion. Another possibility would be a popup that shows all the cover images at once. A workaround could be on an image...

Is there any way of showing the upload dates of the manga chapters? I ask because of how I bookmark the manga. I format the bookmarks as latest upload date then the manga title. The latest upload date is formatted yyyymmdd. Example (a bookmark header from a different reading site): 20110114...
