@HelperHand Corn tortillas are available. A lot of restaurants use them for tacos, they get used in enchiladas, etc., but they seem more likely to break apart than wheat tortillas in larger sizes. So for fast food or 'Tex Mex,' the wheat variety holds up better and winds up being used.

Normally a burrito would use a wheat tortilla here in the US.

The problem is the basic Starbucks roasts are burnt. (They claim they're just 'dark,' but they're not - they're burnt.)
