I haven’t seen a shoujo specifically aimed at very young readers for a long time. This is a bit silly but it’s cute and nothing too serious. Definitely a fun relaxing read. ☺️

There’s not much left, I really wish someone would complete this. It’s such a beautiful and tragic story. Shows the maturity one has to take when facing potential loss, especially earlier on in life. Its really unique and unlike anything else I’ve read before.

As far as shoujo goes I’m thoroughly enjoying this. It addresses a lot of tropes in the genre while subverting expectations. Iroha AND Kusakabe are both idiots and it’s hilarious at times. I just don’t get the T/N at the end calling the second male lead her grandma???? Did I miss something???

The angst is just 👌🏻 After the last update I’m so upset for Hitsuji. Both male leads are manipulating her like she’s an object or a prize at this point. I hope she ends up happier and healing. She’s just trying to live honorably but it’s hard when she can’t even process these complex feelings...

It’s glitching out for me on the other translation 😫 but I’m pretty sure it was way better than whatever the other one was.

The ending was really sweet. I wish we saw more of their future, but it was still such a good story. Thanks to these scans, I know I’ll definitely be purchasing the books to reread it over and over again. ♥️
