Crosses the Line Twice: The Series

Having the Abyss lore drawn would be nice, but if we're envisioning this as a medium to push product, I'd say an archetype that has a decent amount of cards but little to no overarching story behind them are more likely. I could see Exosister, Libromancer, Evil★Twin, or Vaylantz being next...

There's something endearing about this cast of doofuses.

As one who is all caught up with the official LN translations, I'd say this is my favorite isekai. The first arc is definitely the worst , but it really only gets better from here. @FruitChinpoSorcerer

For those about to start this, note that this adaptation glosses over a lot of things, including stuff that is needed to understand the plot. I recommend reading this only if you've read the LN or WN.

This adaptation may gloss over a lot of things (seriously, I don't know how anyone can understand this without reading the LN), but I'm glad they adapted Hajime's true weakness in full detail.

The first couple of chapters suck but once the main plot kicks in (around chapter 16), this series becomes really engaging.
