Queen consort is the term you're looking for. Thank you for the translation and on that note, I'd advise the translator to exclusively use "your majesty" when characters are addressing the Queen. "Your Highness" is used for members of the royal family other than the Queen (like the princesses)...

I've always felt this manga has a lot of "soul" for lack of a better term, so despite it not having the best art or most engaging plot it has been among my favorites for awhile. Although I'm sad it's been axed, I hope the author can continue to put their soul into it as a self-published work.

Yeah I can't understand reading yuri but rooting for a het romance. That's like reading a mystery and rooting for there to not be a solution. Or in an adventure hoping the characters stay at home instead of going on a journey. Or in an action wanting the characters to sit down and talk it out...
