I read the novel bc i was so confused what was happening and decided instead of rereading the chapters as a refresher i’d go straight to the source... 5 hours later i’m in tears after reading it all in one sitting. AND THE NOVEL STILL ISN’T COMPLETED APPARENTLY??

@amazed_bun if i remember correctly, she wants to get on his good side so she’ll give his mom the herb so that she won’t feel pain when she dies. that way the prince will care more about her words after the mom is dead.

agreeing with everyone in the comments. a combination of slow releases (whether it’s the scans or the manga schedule) along with this entire timeskip arc when frankly, i was satisfied with how the last arc ended, is really dampering my enjoyment of this manga. perhaps if i hadn’t caught up so...

weirdly not the worst ending. I thought of a million stupid twists the author could have pulled but this ending isn’t that bad. still not a great manga but it was a hilarious read

bruh, so if MC does confess, he’s going to say that Sasaki killed the teacher. Sasaki apparently has no memory of this and will say that MC lied. this whole thing is going to turn into an even bigger mess
