Would be wild if it turned out the scars on his head was from when an alien ate his brain and stole his body. I did already think there was a possibility he had been brain switched, but introducing aliens would be wild.

It might have more to do with it happening in two different countries at war with each other, so they each have their own rules on how slaves are treated. But we make call them slaves if they are just going to be treated as temp workers. unless it's a reference to the state of the japanese temp...

How dare that guy even pretend that his life is in that much danger from a loss of profit. Not only is it clear the dungeon will still run for at least a while, but once monsters are no longer a massive problem, you have a huge area with grassland and forests that can be used for tons of stuff.
