I get what you're saying, however finding survivors has always been the plot, not putting humanity to rest. Putting humanity to rest is a secondary goal and a consolation for not finding any survivors while doing her purification. As for the food, imo that's a bad example 'cause it's not like...

I'm with ya man, but hey, as consolation, I know I can at least trust the author to make it satisfying :3 And np! Claymore is pretty damn good, you won't be disappointed.

But we already found a survivor a few chapters ago that could have lived, but decided to off himself. There was already a set precedence. Also, again, the thing you're describing gets old real fast. Why constrain this series to that category and those rules anyway? Why must a series like this...

Why though? Wasn't finding survivors the entire point? Wasn't that what the tension of this whole story was? Would rly suck if the author just kept us hoping for 50 chapters only to have us end up with nothing. And that shit would start getting really old fast.

I recently read all of Claymore and damn... This author really knows how to throw his audience through a fucking loop. I have high hopes for this seeing as how Claymore ended, though I'm sad that there's only 10 chapters left.
