The girl from the Chinese restaurant
- only cared about the guy’s money
- completely ignored his refusals until she’d gotten what she wanted anyway
- was seemingly fine with letting him get beat half to death if he didn’t agree to marry her (IE: give her his money)
What a genuinely awful...
Amazing how this series seems determined to make every character be unlikable.
MC is okay, I guess? Francesca's dad seem cool, at least.
This really took a nosedive. I'm just here for the ride at this point.

I think the rule regarding weapons probably states “The use of weapons is prohibited” or something to that effect.
Since Alan never got to use his knife, he gets the win by way of a technicality.
I get that this is just blatant fetish fuel, but I can't look at her smacking cars away and accidentally crushing them without thinking "there was probably a person inside that" and things like that. That dissonance really doesn't do it for me.
Man, the entire reason I liked this so far was that the idea of having to play it smart and work with the odds against you seemed neat. This completely undoes that.
@phil777 Sorry to break it to you, but I’m pretty sure that’s just Valkyrie Profile making stuff up.
Odin was the son of Borr and Bestla, neither of whom were human or elf. They were Jotun.
