You are right, Vee made a mistake there, it should say Fumotoyu (ふもと湯 = Mountain Foot Hot spring/onsen). It'd be something like: [半露天風呂 ふもと湯] [Semi-open-air bath Mountain Foot Onsen].

Vee made a mistake there in the previous chapter, in japanese it says that the prize was 1 million yen (賞金１００万円)

About the Diabo (ディアボ) name, according to a japanese wiki, it seems this character's name comes from the Diabolo cocktail. It's a popular french non-alcoholic mixed drink consisting of lemon soda mixed with syrup.
