I don't see how anyone can be uncertain if the butler's a girl. Look at the line of her jacket; she wears her clothes modestly and she's not massive, but there's a definite curve there.

@8roku I get the impression Gayoung screwed her over like that back in high school, and is annoyed that she appears to be recovering somewhat rather than staying in the total shut-in lonely box Gayoung had her put in.
