I think only Ifrit sensei and Momonoki sensei have, but I guess they kind of had to to be able to fight so it was okay. edit: I remembered Orias sensei did too. His is a passive effect like Momonoki's though, so there's probably an exception made for him too.

I actually like Atori as a villain. It's not like the "love to hate him" kind of thing I have going with Kirio, I find Atori actually pretty entertaining.
