The point is, showing read/unread on the follow page is kinda basic and could be improved. Either view filtering what's already read; or better yet, fusing per manga name while showing latest read chapter and latest chapter out (keeping the manga with the latest update at the top of the page)...

Maybe an easier to implement suggestion is to filter read/unread chapters on the follow page for now
