Me two weeks ago: "Oshiko is being way too forward..." Me today: "Mihar-WHO?" Jokes aside, this has almost become a completely different manga in such a short time. Very much enjoying the new look and feel regardless of ship.

Cute chapter, and some much needed insight on Oshiko's struggles. Good to see the author suggesting she's a clingy goof rather than a potential manipulator. It all still feels a bit like course correcting after she came on so strong, but I supppse the nature of making a daily comic means...

So now she's second guessing herself? Good for her character, bad for anyone who wants to see progress at any cost, lol.

Despite how slowly he and Miharu were taking things, he more or less committed to wanting to be more than friends, eventually. Then, right after a date with Miharu, he starts going out with a girl they're both friends with. It's awkward and shows that his intent toward Miharu wasn't as serious...

Ju-HEE-zus, my man. That thing's gotta be illegal in 72 countries. Masterclass setup and cliffhanger on the mangakas part. When you see it coming and it still surprises the hell outta you. Thought he was just a prude angsting over getting wood but now it's clear why that's a, uh, major issue...

My issue with this is that I don't see a scenario where "practice girlfriend" actually helps anyone here. Oshiko desperately wants a bf, that's been one of her main defining factors since she was introduced and she even propositioned Nozaki as soon as they met. Even if it was played for a laugh...

Well there it is. Still a chance for this to be a fake-out in the next chapter or so but Oshiko route firmly established at this point.

I hope so. As slow as this story is moving we really don't need love triangle shenanigans dragging ot out even more.
