Himari's mom. My god - Himari's mom. I mean - this is a series stuffed full of wonderfully bizarre characters, and still - she's on another level entirely. Truly a goddess of joyful weirdness.

I like this. Yeah - it's sort of a simple and obvious joke, but it's well executed.

I think this is going to be a good one. I wouldn't have expected a zombie gyaru to be that cute, but she is. And I laughed out loud a couple of times, and cute and laugh-out-loud funny is always a good thing, and especially if it's got a sort of odd twist to it, which this definitely has.

Page 15, with the bunny hanging out of her mouth, sort of sums up the whole thing - funny and cute and disturbing, all at the same time.

It's sort of weird how much she looks like Gokicha. I almost wonder if Sanbu Bebe worked with Rui Tamachi, or even is Rui Tamachi. That said, this could be amusing. Much though I loved Gokicha, it always had a bit of a sad edge to it, just because she was so earnest and so admirable and so...

So glad to see another chapter of this posted - thank you so much. It's sweet and charming and soothing, and I've really missed it. It's gotten to the point that I tracked down the raws for chapter 11 and have been trying to translate them using a multiradical search table and online...

18 was such a perfect set-up for a Rin chapter. I'd never thought of the idea of a vampire being tormented by mosquitoes, and it's really sort of funny all by itself. But make it a vampire as angry, clumsy, dumb and adorably helpless as Rin and it's comedy gold.

Ah... so it must not be a coincidence that the manga art reminded me of HIRO. That was undoubtedly the style they were trying for. I really like this. It's just so... pleasant.

I've been waiting years for this one to be finished. I had some vague hope that with the Ueno-san anime, it might actually happen, but I don't think I actually believed it would. And yet... here we are. Thanks to Oil Scans.

The art reminds me of HIRO (Yumekuri and Akebi-chan no Sailor Fuku), which is always a good thing. I'm curious to see how the story goes - it seems to be fluffy slice of life, but that whole deal with the history of the Super Cub is shades of Wangan Midnight. Definitely interesting...
