Isn’t that just foreshortening? It’s even obvious from the nail angle that the index finger isn’t actually the same length as the thumb, though the actual fingers themselves are pretty long. Some guys do have long af finger proportions though, so there’s that. Not bad anatomy or even yaoi hands...
