If it is a japanese ship, i assume it is Mikasa, as the Japanese envoys in the one Mu chapter said, that the newest warship of Mu looks like the museum ship Mikasa, if i remember correctly.
Also, Yamato got sunk in battle and Nagato was target for bombing after the war, so definitely not one of...
