So, I was wrong the previous chapter, the girl we saw at the the start of chapter 48 wasn't Takayanagi's ex but Aizawa and yes, she's the girl who confessed to sensei in chapter 1. Surprisingly, someone was able to guess it was her. She was also at the start of chapter 43.
