Unfortunately, this is not the full doujinshi. The artist made it available for free afterwards (I think a lot later than when these pages got translated). It is possible to read the whole one and translated on Danbooru.

I'm quite curious to see the spoiler I read here in manga version, but it doesn't seem it'll happen yet as the RAW for the next two chapters are already available and I didn't saw anything like what it was said yet.

@shurim At page 14 (or 261 according to the scan) just before the last panel, I think you forgot the word "Fire" in the queen's dialogue when she was talking about the high ranking spirits, which led Rimuru to ask if the fire spirit was actually Ifrit.

That kinda ruined the whole dilemma saying it's from a VR game. Then, that is to see if the players who are dead inside the game are also dead in the real life or not.
