    Allow "I'm feeling lucky" to be middle-clickable (and thus open the randomized-from-filter manga in a new tab)

    Currently, it only opens it in the same tab, and this causes issues with the inclusion/exclusion mode. It would also be nice to be able to "queue up" several "feeling lucky" manga for previewing.

    [Mainsite] Lots of lag when changing chapters for series with lots of chapters
