I've noticed that Renjoh Desperado's thumbnail is still the first volume cover on the front page, search etc. Although the 3rd one is the current one on the page (so it never changed to the 2nd one either which was used for a while). How do I fix that? I'm pretty sure this happened before once...

I uploaded a new cover for this entry almost two weeks ago, but I've noticed today that the thumbnail for it didn't change yet. You can see it here. Reuploaded it today another time as well, but it still didn't change to the new one. Did I perhaps use the wrong resolution for the cover? The...
