One of my group members created their first title for me, but when they submitted it, the status showed "submitted." However, when I searched for the title, it was not there, and the title still remained submitted. If they press submit again, an error pops up in the picture.

Recently I started uploading onto Mangadex but some of the titles I create and upload chapters to don't show up on my group Title section, only show on Feed. Is this an error? Could someone explain?
