    Add ways to filter MDlist by publication status (and mebbe by demographic)

    I understand that you can use the 'last updated' but that's pretty unreliable if there are multiple languages or if it's a fairly newly completed series. Expand the tag filter in MDLIST to include "Publication status" or add the 'end tag' for chapters to the title of the manga/hua/hwa.
