I'm searching with both tags for inclusion and exclusion (yes I used AND) and titles with excluded tags were at the very top.

The Classic reader works better most of the time....But sometimes it's better to use the default. From the classic reader you can switch to the new one, but you can't switch to the old reader from the new one without going into settings and whatnot.
