The last page seems to be from the next chapter, right? Anyways, thanks for the translation! Interesting to see that myaa-neese uses a base 10 system and is also a syllabary (as noted by other commenters). Maybe it's just easy worldbuilding (for a japanese author), but it could be something else!

Notice how when Myaa casts the fireball, part of her staff seems to burn and disappear (pages 4-5). Maybe that's why she couldn't use it at first, does "magic" requires some sort of preparation? Or she was just too shocked lol
