IT's only ambiguous as to who it is rather than if it's happening or not. If you ask me, Shinobu already imagined Sakura in ntr situations before didn't he? And iirc in those scenes her face have always been clearly shown and also has that filter looking thing on those panels

You have to look at the context of the scene, Shinobu was the one thinking about that part. What we definitively saw in 129 was missionary. We don't know what other things they did. In 131, the one where the happy text box was, I believe is definitely happening because it doesn't have that same...

Like I said before if it's filled with static or a bit blurry it's his imagination like in the cafe scene. If it's clear, it's definitely happening
