Maybe someone did an AI adaptation, but it seemed like a full fledged anime to me. It was definitely this exact story (Making a bag of rice, then a jar of honey to sell, then a bathtub and buying clothes, it was pretty much exact.) If it was done with AI tools, it was done very well.
