They have an explanation as to why inhumans are bad but won't tell him, because it's classified? Even assuming the humans are completely justified in their actions because of the explanation, what could it possibly be that they can't just tell him?
You would think the "being mind controlled by criminals for several years" would be enough to explain the low rank compared to abilities but that doesn't work as a plot hook I guess.

Looking at the description, isn't "I'm a neet and am currently working part time" a contradiction? Doesn't neet stand for not in education, employment, or training? If she has a job, even a part-time one, doesn't that inherently make her not a neet?
Not only is it morally questionable it’s also a stupid law. If you’re worried about survivors being infected just set up a quarantine at the front gate. That literally solves the entire problem without any major issues.
