    Giri-Giri Saegiru Katagirisan

What a nice little manga! Some of the side girls ended up irrelevant, but as an overall I like it. Honest and silly humor with a dash of ecchi for the setup that isn't recycled heavily from elsewhere. It left before it overstayed it's welcome in terms of humor, and had a decent ending from how...

JK Haru is a Sex Worker in Another World

@Hotkuto It's the manga, and maybe even the writing that is at fault if many of the viewers "miss the point". Please elaborate on what we've missed so far that the novels seem to expand upon greatly in more interesting detail as you seem to imply if you can.

JK Haru is a Sex Worker in Another World

@Siquall I don't think this manga needed to be set up as an isekai to tell what it's done so far. I've read the spoiler tag someone gave me about future events, but just judging on what's been given to us so far in the manga, there is no reason it couldn't have just been a person who was...

JK Haru is a Sex Worker in Another World

I've figured out the target audience. Japanese men who had poor experiences with the "popular" highschool girls and want to experience sexual revenge against them through this manga. I don't know any other reason to read this other than just to read the MC's suffering for the most part. Even...

Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru

It's ok. Honestly it's absurd a decent amount of the time and the ecchi content tag doesn't lie either. But people are right that it isn't just brainlessly throwing ecchi at you, but this manga isn't 9/10 or 10/10 even if we're just rating it WITHIN the SOL genre. There are much better series...

One of the best manga out there.

    20th Century Boys

I'm at like Chapter 109 and I'm really upset with this manga. The characterization is SO good and the plot seems like it's a banger... But it's hard to suspend my disbelief at some of the things that happen in this manga. Especially regarding the plot. It feels too ass pully for my taste at this...

    Blood on the Tracks

@burmn1123 Agreed. This author's pretty good at the initial theme exploration, but tends to fall flat when it comes to writing a good ending to his series. Though for what it's worth writing about the psych and coming to a happy ending that doesn't feel like an ass pull is probably a bit hard...

    Death Note: Never Complete

The ending was a twist for the sake of a twist without any meaning or logic behind it. It really was in poor taste and the manga would've been better off without it. Otherwise was a decent read. 6/10.

    CHANGE

Plot, characterization, exposition. All garbage as far as one can see within about 4 or 5 chapters. Pretty easy drop

    Giri-Giri Saegiru Katagirisan

Honestly it's a fine manga for what it wants to do. Doesn't try anything overly complicated or deep. Just dumb gags with relatively excused fan service tossed in. It's stupid and bad, but it's doing a fine job of being a manga you read for stupidly-bad kind of fun. 5/10.

    Katsute Kami Datta Kemono-tachi e

This was awful when I watched it as an anime, but it's still awful if not worse in manga form. Both very easy to drop within 1-3 episodes/chapters. As many others have said, it's a good idea on paper, but terribly written and executed in practice.

    Blood on the Tracks

@lluixhi I wouldn't say my parents are "mentally ill" the way people think of that term typically, but I really love reading this manga because it just reminds me of my own past experiences (which isn't strictly a good thing, but there is something comforting about reading fiction that I can...

    Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu

@cloudforty Concur with this opinion basically. It's one of the better isekais out there, but it's still isekai rubbish for the most part. That said if what someone's looking for is a fun power fantasy, then I'd put this one around the top of the list way above most others just because it's...

    Giri-Giri Saegiru Katagirisan

So far a pretty decent read for plain entertainment. It doesn't try to do anything fancy and just delivers some decent comedy with a dash of fan service. Which is ironically respectable given what many other manga try to do.

    Shy

Read up to chapter 9 and agree with the general sentiment of "Great art, but ass story/characterization." This manga actually had some potential in chapter 1 where the main conflict was mostly internal as opposed to external. That looked REALLY interesting to me at first. Then it just became a...

See You Tomorrow at the Food Court

Wada reminds me of my sister a lot... The way she rants on and on. Also it's a fine SoL manga. Very casual entertainment. If someone finds it's boring... Well there are plenty of other more interesting SoL out there I guess. I'll take this over something that tries to be a lot but crashes and...
