It looks like it has already been scanlated by the Record of Lodoss War Wiki along with a lot of related stuff. I just found this link so I don't know about the quality or uploading it to Mangadex, but it does exist...
I completely agree with Tanukischarm because I didn't think anyone would ever translate Yakumo Tatsu after Storm in Heaven stopped. So, I would also like to thank you for giving these older series their chance to shine in the sun.
