Well, after all that speculation, I didn't expect Masakado to just win flawlessly against the Bunrei, before the main body could even get back to the battlefield. Now I wonder how it will react. Can it fight without the bunrei? Will it want to? I'm intrigued...though, do people know if Jump SQ...

I just re-checked the chapter. The Replaced are going to be "nearby", but whether that will be close enough, we'll have to see. But it has been foreshadowed. Ugh, I really don't want the kill steal route to happen lol...it would end things on such a sour note.

I've been thinking about this promo image again...its pretty much just foreshadowing what's gonna happen to Tai once he loses lol. All the eyes, the disembodied mouth, which is what he currently has...the scarecrow is even in the Opening for the anime. It would be really silly for all this...

Got engulfed by Tai Sui's energy and it used its Spatial curse to teleport out of it, but wasn't fast enough to negate all damage. The damage it did take was enough to knock it out.

Geez, hoping Transitional spirit can beat the Bunrei fast enough before Ai gets back to the fight. Maybe Seimei could take over Keitaro one more time and run interference...he's the only one that can still provide assistance in any form.

That's what I'm assuming. He'll fully awaken as Masakado and will hopefully be strong enough to beat Tai Sui in his current state.
