74 is the last numbered chapter, the raws are linked on the manga's page. MAL likes to sometimes count .5 and other special chapters in their numbering so their count is probably the 74 plus the extra chapter in each volume

reminder that this one isnt being simulpubed on kmanga, theyve just been releasing volumes digitally on thier actual website and other digital storefronts with vol 4 coming in sept. would be nice if they did simulpub it so it atleast could be ripped on to other places

@Dastron same, I remembered that it was Friday and saw this chapter was released after I finished reading something else. Mangadex has had problems showing that new chapters have been out for stuff
