This was a good final chapter. It didn't need a forbidden romance, but with the last words there might be a hint at a future possibility that we will never see. Very good series, I enjoyed it.

Why does every childhood promise have to be an ironclad contract till the day you die in manga? I get it, sadly. The story would end abruptly but it's not remotely believable. Maybe I just want a creative way to keep the MC and FMC away from each other when everyone knows their feelings for one...

You know, the people who got pissy and spoiled the reveal didn’t do it justice. This was a good reveal and doesn’t deserve their vitriol.
