Hmmm. Can it be? Will someone do justice to this premise at last? There are stories like this by the dosen, but every one I've tried so far has been cursed with various combinations of inane plot, boring characters, shitty worldbuilding and/or bad art. This one hasn't turned me off so far, so...

Hrrm. Somehow, it feels that the previous version had better art? Like, working on fine detail might be the artist's weak point, so the webcomic's more fleeting style looked more appealing overall.

Artist can't into drawing combat scenes. Author can't into writing combat scenes. Both insist on dragging combat out as much as possible. Dropped.

Eeeeh, this chapter is not complete without an image of Riveria in that swimsuit.

I loved how her and Jinshi's expressions were reversed. In pages 9-10 Maomao looks almost as sparkly as he is normally, while Jinshi's expressions are exactly same as what Maomao usually wears in his presense XD
