Fixed chapter names now, they no longer are very long and it makes more sense to have "Code" instead of "Arc" since it's right there in the chapter. Previously they were like this: Arc 4 Chapter 6: Mack the Knife #6 changed to Code 4: Mack the Knife #6.

@goronyanpai everything is explained at the end of the volume's chapter, it's there specifically for readers that have no idea about the terms.
