@bastek66 I'm still at the fifth chapter (of this spinoff) so I don't know if the latest does, but in the manga it will (or at the very least, should) be explained. Otherwise you could try to look for the web novel.

They had previous experiences with them, probably it is based on data gathered in the past with ones using the same (or similar) powers with worst case scenario for each of them (otherwise it wouldn't explain such a high number for the first)
