If you mean Minamoto and Kaoru, the kiss happens at the very end of the chapter entitled "A Scandal with Her (6)". The numbering is either Chapter 242 or 246 depending on how you count the initial 4 pilot chapters.

I wonder how Tim knows about that gun in the first place. That's certainly not something Minamoto would have told him about. Are we meant to believe it's just coincidence that he's trying to make his Minamoto shoot Kaoru with it?
