These releases are awful, if you really intend to keep up with these, I recommend you: 1) get better raws 2) massively improve your editing skills 3) improve the english in your scripts The more of these you release, the less likely it is that someone else will be bothered to redo these chapters...

Why is it that people always go straight to a character feeling weaker rather than believing the other one has gotten stronger?

I wouldn't say better drawn, Itagaki's art has gotten very refined over the years so looks deceptively simple, but really it takes extreme skill to draw like he does. Plus, what we see of Baki is just the digitised version. His art must look a thousand times better on the original manuscripts...
