I'm not sure what you want me to do, but I'm not into rewriting. If she speak like this in Nozomi-sensei's script, I do just that. I try to adapt my translation as close to original as possible, outside of unfortunate bits that just doesn't work in English as is. And thank you. ^^

I didn't expect I'll have to address it, but yes, in case of tonkatsu the sauce would be most surely katsu sauce. What I did was - generalizing on the concept of "seasoning factions". My bad, I guess it didn't transfer well with my note. Was not doing it in context of tonkatsu, but in general...
