Don't know if I'm the only one but why does it feel like I'm always seeing the FL through the male gaze? Like the ML is always eyeing her like a piece of meat? The way they portray how he interacts with the FL kinda feels icky to me so I can't get myself to root for their pairing at all.

Was the reason for her death in her previous life as a demon ever explored or expounded upon? I remember them mentioning that she was killed by the boyfriend in their previous life. I thought it was gonna end up being just a misunderstanding or something but I don't remember it being brought up...
