Chapter 49 is the latest one, the manga just got out of a 5-month hiatus last week. I've found the official translation up to chapter 48 on 3 different websites from a quick search. Ch49 is prob not up yet because people weren't checking on the manga due to the hiatus between chapters 48 and 49.
