@kanamon unsure if in your first point you are referring to comic as a common term for manga, but also combining with your third point, in some cases is not really like that, that scenario is more for titles that are basically author/artist "for hire" like with adaptations from other sources...

Well the wiki has an entry for this, but is an adaptation of a similar Japanese song, this is the 4Kids entertainment version, as someone from Latam we also have one (to be fair the Latam dub was based on the 4Kids version)
