Judar finally makes his second appearence and actually interacts with Sinbad! Guess he was a bastard since the begining huh?
Also, maybe Judar summoning Zepar will comfirm to Sinbad that Yunan is also a Magi, given he saw Yunan manifesting Baal
This arc was the best one so far, we really got to see the seeds that shape Sinbad's personality and his relationship to Ja'far in the main series. Also I don't remember Fatima appearing again in the original manga, guess we'll see what'll happen
Did he really just throw that kid down a well?? Do they have a well down there just for this? I don't think they'd be drinking from that water. How evil do you need to be to have a special well where you throw sick child slaves
Spoiler for those that haven't read the main series yet
Yunan summoning Baal here is a neat detail, It being a feat only a Magi can perform. Maybe it will click for Sinbad later or maybe he just figures It now
I may be misremembering but I recall Sinbad saying in the original work that no magi guided him to the Dungeon, but here Yunan quite literaly tells him to go. Looks like i'll be doing another re-read then
I think there's a very deliberate intention in changing the grafitti from "One-eyed man" to just "one eyed" given the obvious correlation with the "half-ghouls" and the "one-eyed owl"
