Boy, this was a bit hard to read. The setup is pretty bog standard and the MC seems to lack any very interesting characteristics, at least from the outside. I can definitely see Sasuga Kei expanding the whole thing out better though, DomeKano actually had some pretty decent character writing...

I like that this manga doesn't really hold its punches on anything. It takes a gloomy, but rather realistic interpretation of the difficult position that the MC finds himself in. That said, this monologue for Mishima just doesn't work for me at all. It's not even that her reasoning is flawed...
