What's the point of skipping 120 chapters just to release the latest? You seem to have been one of the OG translators years ago, I assume you have the missing 120 chapters too? Is there a reason those were held back if so? Edit: Double checked, you've chosen not to upload chapters since 341.1...

That's definitely edited by them, you could see how it was copy pasted from another part at certain points.
