That’s what I’m thinking. It wasn’t the best manga but I appreciate the mangaka not intentionally dragging it out longer than needed and I also liked that they made an effort to fully tie any lose ends. The first thing I thought was “but what about the police investigating the two murderers”...

Either way, if the next chapter is the last that’s a good thing rather than having this dragged out longer than it needs.

This is answered in the chapter. As soon as the "prices" have been stated he has a look of shock and mentions that the "price" has never been that bad before. Later he says "I have never had such a heavy price to pay before" so either he has played this game before or it's a typo/translation...

I'm actually kinda confused... So the dude was possessed by his wife and that made him a mass murderer to the point he was killing people for no reason. He then "became a crow" and he also possesses people to try and stop his wife. Meanwhile, his wife is possessing people because....? Like...

Came to comment the same thing, at first it was okay because it fel tlike something was being set up, but it just kinda feels like it's going to go nowhere? They have a good and interesting premise, just wish they turn it into a solid story... welp onto the next chapter.
