I get what you mean, but this manga is also set in a modern era world, where women seem to be working as hard as men. That kinda nullifies the point of Genesis 3:17 in this modern context, yet Genesis 3:16 still applies. So I don't really think it was necessarily ignorant for Baba Yaga to omit...

Genesis 3:16 applies to women, Genesis 3:17 applies to men but considering that both men and women need food to survive, I'd argue it applies to both. All-in-all, it still feels like women are getting done dirty compared to men there.
