It's the art that makes this brilliant. It is a story told in close-up portraits. The style is sparse, so every line and shade is meaningful.

The art is not very good. The english text is just bad. It might be a poor translation, but more likely the English text has no relation to the original Japanese, it was just made up to fit a certain fetish.

Please let me be explicit: the artist has spectacular talent, but this "manga" has basically no writing at all. This work is up against the limit of silent storytelling, and after all these pages, it needs to go beyond.

So what does the title mean? ヒメコウカン～オタサーの姫がカレシ交換をご所望な件～ Google translate yields Himekoukan-Princess of Otasa is the desiring for Karake exchange, Which i guess is "Princess Otasa wants to exchange" but that's obviously loosing alot in translation.

Are there any actual chapters after #16 somewhere out there? The releases here, after 16 are ... bathroom tissue. Not to say that 1-16 were masterpieces.
