C Can’t say for sure, as I’m not the TL, but I assume it’s because the volume chapters are markedly better in quality. Soms other groups, to my knowledge, actually also use the volumes, but purposely stagger their releases to give the illusion of a regular release schedule.

This author is probably the most unabashedly horny person I have ever had the pleasure to read the work of. You can tell that he and the mangaka are just fucking around and having a good time. This manga is absolute garbage, I know it, they know it, and none of us care.
